Our story and purpose
Health Assure was born from a very personal observation. Our owners had close family members navigating the NDIS and saw first-hand how frustrating plan management can become when it doesn’t work as it should. Delayed payments could affect providers, appointments could be rescheduled or cancelled, and participants could experience interruptions to the continuity of their supports. For smaller providers, waiting for invoices to be paid could also create unnecessary financial pressure.
It soon became clear that these challenges weren’t isolated. We heard similar concerns from participants, carers and providers who were experiencing slow payment processes, difficulty getting answers and a lack of continuity.
We believed there had to be a better way. That belief became the foundation of Health Assure.
Rather than building an organisation where participants could feel like just another number, we wanted to create a service where people could speak with experienced Plan Managers, get clear answers when they needed them and feel confident that their funding was being managed properly

Built on experience
Health Assure was shaped by experience across medical education, bookkeeping and financial administration, information technology, and business management.
This diverse background has helped us build a plan management service that combines strong financial processes, practical technology and NDIS knowledge, while keeping a clear focus on the people behind every plan and the support they need.
Grown through trust
Health Assure has grown largely through word of mouth and recommendations from participants, families, carers and professionals across the NDIS community, which we see as a strong reflection of the trust people place in our service.
As we’ve grown, we’ve continued to invest in our people, technology, systems and processes so we can support more participants while maintaining the personal, responsive approach that has been part of Health Assure from the beginning.

We are an Australian-owned and operated NDIS Plan Management provider, supporting participants across metropolitan, regional and remote communities throughout Australia.
Our team works closely with participants, families, carers and NDIS professionals, using systems integrated directly with the NDIS to manage invoices, budgets and participant funding efficiently while providing the visibility and information people need to stay informed and in control.
